Terms and Conditions
1. Work Area Access
The Client agrees to provide clear and unobstructed access to the work area(s) before the start of installation by
JSG. _____
2. Custom Products and Design Approval
All products are custom-built per the approved and signed design plans. These plans are attached to this contract.
The Client confirms that they have reviewed and approved all specifications. Any changes after production begins
may incur additional charges and cause delays._____
3. Measurements and Responsibility
All on-site measurements have been taken and verified by JSG General Services. The Client acknowledges that
these measurements are accurate as per the conditions present at the time of measurement. If any alteration,
construction, relocation of walls, outlets, appliances, or any other structural or layout modification occurs after the
initial measurements and before installation, JSG will not be held responsible for any resulting fit or installation
issues. The Client confirms that they have reviewed and approved the final measurements and layout in writing.
Any rework due to site changes after approval will be subject to additional charges and may delay the completion
of the project.____
4. Construction or Scheduling Conflicts
If the property is under construction or other subcontractor activity may interfere, the Client must notify JSG at
least five (5) business days in advance to avoid rescheduling fees.____
5. Additional Work Requests
Any additional services not specified in the contract must be requested in writing and approved. Extra work will be
charged at no more than $50/hour per worker.____
6. Payment Schedule
– 60% Deposit is required to reserve a spot on our installation calendar.
– 20% Payment due upon delivery.
– 20% Final Payment due upon completion.
10% of the total contract value will be retained until all punch list items are completed. A 3-year limited warranty
will begin upon receipt of final payment.____
7. No Refunds – Custom Work Policy
All work performed under this agreement involves custom fabrication and installation. Once production has begun,
no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcome, so
long as the work matches the approved plans and specifications.
If the Client feels that the final result does not match what was initially agreed upon, JSG will offer one (1)
corrective service visit to address the concern only if it relates to deviation from approved plans. No rework will be
offered for subjective design preferences that were already reviewed and approved.____
8. Cancellation Policy
Client or Contractor may cancel the contract within three (3) business days from the date of signing without
penalty. All cancellations must be submitted in writing, signed, and dated, including via email to JSG.____
9. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Exclusions
JSG is not liable for damages caused by:
– Water/moisture exposure, pest infestation, mold/fungus, or UV damage.

– Unauthorized modifications or improper use.
– Installation on unsuitable surfaces or site conditions.
– Use of inappropriate cleaning products.____
10. Entire Agreement
This contract, along with any attachments, represents the complete understanding between the parties. No oral
statements or prior agreements shall be binding___
12. Site Conditions and Responsibility
The Client confirms that the current site conditions, including baseboards, outlets, walls, and layout, have been
reviewed and approved. JSG General Services is not responsible for issues arising from structural changes, hidden
conditions, or alterations made after measurements are taken. Any modifications to the site that affect installation
will incur additional charges and may delay the project.____
13. Final Inspection and Acceptance
The Client shall inspect the completed work at the time of installation. If there are any issues or concerns, they
must be reported in writing within 24 hours. If no notice is received, the installation will be considered fully
accepted and approved by the Client.____
14. Photo and Video Authorization
The Client grants permission to JSG General Services to take photos and videos of the completed project for
marketing and portfolio purposes, without disclosing personal information. These materials may be used on
websites, social media, and promotional content.____
15. Change Approval and Response Time
All design changes must be approved and signed by the Client. If revised plans are not approved within three (3)
business days of issuance, the changes will be considered accepted by default and work will proceed
accordingly.____
16. Late Cancellation Fee
If the Client cancels or reschedules the installation with less than 48 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee $250 amount
will be charged.____
17. Credit Card Fees
A 3% processing fee will be added to any payments made by credit card. Alternative payment methods such as
Zelle, wire transfer, or check are available and encouraged to avoid this fee._____
18. Material Cost Escalation
If the cost of materials increases by more than 5% from the date of contract signing to the time of purchase, JSG
reserves the right to adjust the total contract price accordingly. The Client will be notified in writing of any such
adjustments._____
19. Recovery of Legal Fees
In the event of any dispute or legal action arising from this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to
recover all reasonable attorney’s fees and legal costs incurred._____
20. Limited Warranty and Exclusions
JSG General Services offers a limited 3-year warranty on labor and materials, starting from the date of final
payment.

This warranty covers:
• Repairs on defects in installation workmanship.
• Material flaws under normal residential indoor conditions.
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by water, moisture, mold, or insects (e.g., termites).
• Impact damage, abuse, or misuse.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Damage from improper cleaning agents or chemicals.
• Installations exposed to unstable environments (humidity, unstable walls, etc.)
